TERMS AND CONDITIONS

• Please allow up to 30 BUSINESS days for your lead to be delivered. If you purchase more than one lead, there is an additional 10 BUSINESS DAYS added to the initial 30 BUSINESS DAY period for each additional lead purchased.

• If your appointment(s) is not found and emailed to you by your deadline date, you can be refunded for the outstanding balance of appointments within 14 days of the original deadline date should you request to be refunded. Or we can continue looking for appointments for you to fulfill your purchase per your request.

• You are responsible for closing the deal on your appointments. We do not guarantee customers, we guarantee appointments.

• We are not responsible if you miss your appointment(s) for whatever reason (including if the appointment notification email is sent to your spam folder. Please add [email protected] to your email address book to prevent this)

• All lead appointments provided to you have expressed interest in receiving a price quote for cleaning services; however, no guarantee was provided by the lead to hire you for your services. It is your responsibility to sell your services. 

• The leads provided to you can be of any commercial niche, including; but not limited to: Medical offices, dental offices, churches, retail stores, real estate offices, law firms, etc. 

• The leads provided to you can be of any commercial service including, but not limited to: commercial cleaning, strip and wax, one-time jobs, deep cleaning, sanitizing, carpet cleaning, etc.

•  Should we send you a lead that you and we deem is not a valid lead, your deadline date is no longer valid and we will send you a new lead as soon as possible.

• If we are not able to find you an appointment within the first city that you list, we will move forward to next option listed until we can get you an appointment. We reserve the right to send you an appointment for a business located in any of the cities that you list.

• Redo leads will be provided only for appointment that you are not able to peferm a walkthrough and/or meet with the point of contact. In this event, The Client (YOU) MUST provide video footage of you at the facility being declined a walkthrough in order to receive a replacement appointment, also known as a redo lead or appointment.

• The terms of this agreement are subject to change. You agree to adhere to any updates or changes to this agreement.

• NO REFUNDS will be provided for this service unless the above terms are not met.
